Your legacy. Your goals. Care designed to support both.
Focused on helping you age well
The Brielle at Seaview, a non-profit retirement community, brings a holistic view to wellness and successful aging. Our sole purpose is to help you or your loved one live the best life you can. Our philosophy focuses on four key areas of wellness: social, intellectual, spiritual and physical. Here you’ll always be among friends and enjoy the perfect balance of independence and qualified, caring support.
Designed around your needs
Constructed in 2015, The Brielle at Seaview is fresh, modern and designed to support residents’ well-being. Apartments and suites allow for maximum independence, or companionship as suits your needs. Community spaces help keep you connected and engaged with options for entertainment like our movie room, and places to gather like our library and social parlors. View our photo gallery.
Welcoming to residents and families alike
For residents at The Brielle, the natural beauty of our campus is an everyday delight. For visitors it’s an ideal setting for family gatherings. And it’s even easy to get here, with convenient access to public transportation and abundant parking on site.
Natural wooded campus
Our campus is located among the few natural spaces left on Staten Island, adjacent to the Greenbelt, a City of New York flagship park comprised of almost 3,000 acres. The Brielle boasts wildlife, wooded views, and walking trails that invite you to take it all in.
